Our studio is warm, welcoming, equipped with yummy snacks and water. We have props and gowns/outfits to pick from for the session. Enjoy the magic happen right in front of your eyes.
Ordering Session
Enjoy a cinematic reveal of your gorgeous images in studio and pick the ones that you cannot leave behind. We specialize in high end retouching (magazine style).
Order Pickup
Once the order arrives, we do a quality check to ensure everything is perfect for you and get your gorgeous artwork ready for pickup.

What types of photography services do you offer?
I specialize in luxury portrait photography including maternity photography, family portraits, pet portraits, and personal storytelling sessions designed to create timeless images. I also offer professional headshots and branding photography.
Do you do weddings, events, or parties?
No. I focus exclusively on portrait photography — maternity, family, pet, branding and professional headshots designed to tell your story and create meaningful portraits.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
Once your session is booked, I provide styling guidance so you know what to bring and how to prepare. I can help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully. I also offer wardrobe options for women, maternity gowns, and props for babies when applicable.
Do you help with posing and expression?
Yes. Every session includes personal guidance on posing and expression. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the camera.
Where is your studio located and what areas do you serve?
My boutique portrait studio is in San Ramon, CA, and I serve clients throughout the Bay Area, including Walnut Creek, Danville, Pleasanton, Oakland, San Francisco, and nearby communities.
How long before I get to see my images?
There’s a cinematic reveal in studio where you see your images. Final retouched images and products are prepared and delivered based on what you select during that ordering session.
Do you offer albums and wall art products?
Yes! I specialize in handcrafted Italian wall art and luxury albums designed to showcase your portraits beautifully in your home.
Do you provide digital files or RAW files?
Digital files are available as part of selected packages, but RAW or unfinished images are not provided. Final images are retouched to reflect polished, editorial quality.
Can I scan my printed photographs?
No. Photographers retain copyright to images by law, and scanning printed images is not permitted.
Can I get digital-only portrait packages?
Yes — digital-only options are available. Let’s talk about the format that works best for your needs.
How long do you keep my photographs?
I can’t guarantee long-term storage of your images. I recommend purchasing the images or products you love during your ordering session so you’re always in control of your portraits.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Custom portrait sessions are non-refundable, but rescheduling is possible if you contact me as soon as you need to change your date.
Terms
Pooja Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Pooja Photography (Clickmypix LLC), even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable unless a session is booked. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring us, you agree to these terms.
