Your photography session includes Pooja Photography's right to feature your images in our portfolio, case studies, blog posts, social media, and marketing materials. This is standard professional practice in luxury portraiture and essential to how we build authority and attract clients like you. If you require restrictions on image usage due to corporate policy, brand guidelines, or business constraints, you must disclose this in writing prior to booking. Custom usage terms may be negotiated and result in an adjusted session fee.
