How is this different from a traditional photo booth?
Attendees are individually photographed and guided through posture, positioning and expression to create a headshot they can use beyond the event, not a novelty prop photo.

How far in advance should we book?
For team headshots or headshot activations at trade shows and conferences, early booking, at least four to six weeks ahead, is recommended to secure your preferred date.
Can you photograph our corporate team as part of the same event?
Potentially, yes. Pooja Photography also provides on-location corporate and team headshots. If your event needs both an attendee activation and scheduled employee portraits, mention both when requesting a quote.
