The Dreamer

To have ambitions, dreams and a journey ahead is so delightful. It gives you purpose..a goal.

I love it when kids have dreams and work towards them. When I started working on Ms K’s folio, I’ll be honest. I did push her. I wanted her to vision, think what pulled her heart and artistic senses. It’s important to know what colors pull you, what you need from your folio, which direction you want to head towards.

Building her mood board and getting her involved , helped me know her better.  Art is a reflection of the artist.  Her folio will be a reflection of hers. It was important she knew that and very crucial I understood that.

On the day of the session when I greeted her, I saw a humble yet eager soul walk in … and what I loved about her was the ability to listen , learn and follow. I had to guide her just once.. and then firing away a ton of instructions her confidence was changing with every click. She was evolving right in front of me. By the time we ended her session, there was a very different person in front of my camera. Her posture, her attitude.. everything was screaming confidence.

Ms K on the other hand has it all. It is just a start…there is a lot more ahead.
