Do you do events or weddings?

We are exceptional at creating portraits that tell stories and that is our niche. So no, we do not do weddings / events/ birthday parties etc.

Once you book your session, we provide you with all the help you need, including how to pick what to wear, styling, what to bring and what to do so you are well prepared for your session.

How long does a photo session go for?

It depends on what type of session you are going for and if you added the hair and makeup services. A typical newborn session goes longer than a branding session. A headshot mini session is around 20 mins. So it all varies.

How long before I get to see my images?

Oh we can’t keep you waiting … we love it when you are excited to enjoy your portraits. For most of our sessions, the design appointment(ordering sesison) is done either the same day or the next day. Once you buy what you love we work on getting your art work ready for you.

I need Albums and Wall Art for my home. Can you help?

ABSOLUTELY. We believe beautiful photographs shouldn’t sit on a USB gathering dust in a drawer. YES we specialize in creating Wall ART and gorgeous albums for you. Infact we have the best products available out there. Our Italian products look & feel like silk & velvet. You will love our exclusive selection of products.

How do the sessions work?

Through our pre-consultation, we plan your photography experience. It helps us understand what is important to you and how best to create your essence on an art print that you will LOVE for your FOREVER. Providing hair and makeup service, on set, prior to the shoot gives you the comfort of not having to worry about getting those things done ahead of time. We are experts at guiding you to the right poses and we have plenty of experience working with people of all comfort levels. Your session is an experience and we build it to make sure you get images that will become your legacy.

Do I get the RAW files?

No RAW files will not be provided. We believe in delivering finished products only. There are no exceptions to this. You go to a restaurant to enjoy a gourmet dinner not raw food. We are that restaurant.

Can I scan my printed images ?

It is illegal to scan your prints. Photographers hold the copyright to the images by law. Any printing that is needed needs prior approval by the artist or needs to go thru the studio.

Can I get only digital files ?

It depends on the type of portrait experience. Digitals only package is now available for a branding sessions only. Packages start at $1600. For all other sessions we provide packages that include beautiful artwork along with digitals. You can buy packages or just Ala-Carte art pieces. Talk to us for your specific needs. Starting July 01, 2021, packages start at $2000.

How much is your session fee?

Our creative session fee is $250 which includes your own custom photgraphy experience, styling assistance, pre-consultation and a reveal and ordering session. Products are NOT included. Please get in touch with us for detailed pricing and various Ala-Carte and/or Collections options. Pricing varies on the choice of product so please reach out to us for details.

Can I cancel my session?

Session fee is NOT refundable. It blocks your session date and we don’t take any other client that day. If you need to re-schedule please give us 48 hour notice. Re-scheduling is allowed only once.

How long do you keep my photographs for ?

We cannot guarantee preserving your images and recommend buying the photographs you love at your ordering appointment.

When I met Ernie I had a feeling this project will be fun. And FUN it was. He is one of people that brings smile around with his aura and attitude of genuine care. There is always a story behind a person , a project, a company and as a branding photographer I am always looking for that story in my projects. That story helps me capture the essence of who people are and what they need others to see in them too. The branding needs to be a reflection of who they are.

I have to say, Ernie is one of the MOST professional and fun to work with realtor I have met. His team has an amazing leader in him and I think it got very evident when we did the team’s round of fun headshots.

Ernie Why you do what you do?

I am absolutely in love with my job. It can be a very stressful time in peoples lives with all the details of preparing a home for rent or for sale. Dealing with the many vendors and juggling appointments with service contractors can be very overwhelming. Then there is the marketing period of professional photography and vetting fantastic tenants or well qualified buyers! I love removing that stress. I thoroughly enjoy prepping a home, painting, remodeling, landscaping, even clearing it out and moving junk to the junkyard! Finding that home a new steward is extremely rewarding. This being said, I also love architecture, design and style. I love going to open houses and on brokers tours simply to look at how other people live or in a stage house, how they could live!

How has COVID changed your business model?

Covid has not changed my love of Real Estate. However, it has made it much more difficult to show property. If a home is occupied, only 3 people can be in the home at one time, so that can make showings very limited. Everyone also needs to sign a disclosure about the risks of entering a home that could potentially have covid-19. We are also not allowed to do open houses or broker tours so it does make it difficult to meet new buyers and sellers or to meet groups of people wanting to rent homes. Everyone must have an appointment, sign a disclosure, have reviewed all pictures and videos to try and get an appointment to view the property. In reality, my job has gotten so much busier!

What things did you end up changing to workaround this new way of life?

I have learned how to use my video feature on my iphone pretty well! We have to be exceptionally clean and sanitary by wiping down door handles and surfaces, so I travel with a cleaning kit. I drive a lot! I am constantly showing properties since I cannot send clients or potential tenants to open houses. So glad the price of gas is low!

So Ernie what makes you different?

I think I have a lot of fun in this job. It is definitely serious business as this is usually the biggest investment people make in their lives and with rental property, it can be the property owners’ livelihood. I think I bring a balance of fun and easiness to property investment all while understanding the complete importance and earnestness of properly handling the investment.
