Every branding session is as unique as the business and the business owner. The discovery and creation of a session starts with the first email of “I want to know more”.
For any branding session it is very important to understand

- · What is their story and beliefs
- · What their ideal clientele is
- · What their brand colors are
- · Is it a team or a single owner
- · What the personality of the business is
Once all that information is collected, we play with ideas. It is like a brain storming session where we sit together and plan the entire session details. My favorite part is to create a mood board with my client. It enables me to see what their vision is….after all it is their story we are creating in the branding session.
Then we nail down the nitty gritty details …
- · Is the branding ideal for on-location(environmental) or in studio
- · What props/people will enhance the story telling
- · How do we bind the brand colors into the branding photos
- · What aspects of business personality are we capturing
- · Are we conveying drama or making it airy and light
- · If we are working on location how is the location lighted and what can we do to make it perfect for our branding needs
So you see, what seems like a simple I want some photos becomes a dear project that not only defines your business essence , but also brings your journey to becoming a brand closer.
