Design your session

Share your story, Talk about your vision and how you plan to enjoy your portraits. You session is designed to be as unique as you are. We talk outfits, styling and answer all your questions.

Enjoy your session

Our studio is warm, welcoming, equipped with yummy snacks and water. We have props and gowns/outfits to pick from for the session. Enjoy the magic happen right in front of your eyes.

Ordering Session

Enjoy a cinematic reveal of your gorgeous images in studio and pick the ones that you cannot leave behind. We specialize in high end retouching (magazine style).

Order Pickup

Once the order arrives, we do a quality check to ensure everything is perfect for you and get your gorgeous artwork ready for pickup.

INVESTMENT

Your investment to your family and custom portraits includes a non-refundable session fee of $350 and it is required to confirm your session date and time.  

All our studio sessions include:

  • Access to designer gowns, dresses and outfits for women and a custom designed session just for your family.
  • Access to a clean and warm studio. 
  • A discovery and ordering session.
  • My experience and talent.
  • A personlized artisticaly designed session just for your family. (Priceless)

We have lots of Ala Carte options and collections/packages. Retainers are non-refundable. All sessions are done on weekdays between 10AM – 5PM. Weekend sessions are an additional fee of $149.

We do not offer in-home sessions.

We also work with the best of the makeup artists and are happy to refer them to you during your session booking.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the best time for maternity portraits?
Ideally the maternity session is done between between 27-34 weeks.
What is the best time for newborn portraits?
The best time for your Newborn Photoshoot is when your Newborn is between 6 and 14 days. Newborn babies get harder to settle after that and baby acne/cradle cap etc. can start to flare up.
What is the best time for newborn portraits?
The sessions are done in our cozy San Ramon, CA studio only. We do not offer in home sessions.
What do I wear?

Once you book your session, we provide you with all the help you need, including how to pick what to wear, styling, what to bring and what to do so you are well prepared for your session.

We also have outfit options for women, gorgeous maternity gowns, milestone outfits and props for babies in studio.

How long before I get to see my images?
Oh we can’t keep you waiting … we love it when you are excited to enjoy your portraits. For most of our sessions, the design appointment(ordering session) is done either the same day or the next day. There is a cinematic reveal for you to enjoy your portraits. This is your ordering appointment and the images that you love are retouched and product made ready for you.
I need Albums and Wall Art for my home. Can you help?
ABSOLUTELY. We believe beautiful photographs shouldn’t sit on a USB gathering dust in a drawer. YES we specialize in creating Wall ART and gorgeous albums for you. In-fact we have the best products available out there. Our handmade Italian Legacy products look & feel like silk. You will love our exclusive selection of products.
Do I get the RAW files?
No RAW files or un-fininshed images will be provided. You go to a restaurant to enjoy a gourmet dinner not raw food. We are that service.
Can I scan my printed images?

It is illegal to scan your prints. Photographers hold the copyright to the images by law.

Can I get only digital files?

It depends on the type of portrait experience. Talk to us about your specific needs.

How long do you keep my photographs for?

We cannot guarantee preserving your images and recommend buying the photographs you love at your ordering appointment.

Can I cancel my session?
Custom photography is non-refundable. We can re-schedule date only once.

All images are copyrighted by Pooja Photography (Clickmypix LLC), even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable unless a session is booked. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring us, you agree to these terms.
